CHURCH – HOUSE - OFFICE We have moved in! Goodwood Residence and Office for Designthink. In addition to his client work, Patrick has applied his passion for contemporary design, architecture and of-course, hard work to the transformation of a 1960’s church building that has become his office and residence for his family. A very personal journey that gave the philosophy of ‘knowing your residential client’ a new meaning. Patrick recently re-opened his doors to this renovated Office and family home to reveal what has been one of his Patrick his most personal builds. A ‘church transformation’ is on the ‘to do’ list for many, but for Patrick, it provided a blank canvas to bring a raft of his ideas to reality both for a residential build and for an office. Staying sympathetic to its original ‘A Frame’ form, Patrick worked with dedication and the highest level of detail to incorporate creative and sometimes ‘quirky’ architectural elements and deliver an innovative and original build.
